Kirkpatrick Level 2
For the Kirkpatrick Level 2 Assessment, I created a quiz in my LMS. The Canva quiz tools are straightforward to use and allow you to create various question types. I used three types of questions, multiple choice, short answer, and true/false, to reinforce key learning points. Module One covers four basic topics: introduction to resumes, resume variations, key sections, formatting basics, and an assignment to create a base resume. Learners must understand the basics before moving on to the following two modules, so assessing understanding is essential. The quiz is designed to evaluate immediate recall and the ability to apply the information in practice. I hope that the quiz will identify any topics that need clarification or additional attention before moving to the more advanced information.
The quiz is temporarily set to "practice quiz" instead of "graded quiz" for peer reviews.
Course Learning Outcome
Comprehensive Resume Mastery: Participants will demonstrate the ability to create impactful resumes by integrating essential components, tailoring content to specific job roles, and employing strategic optimizations for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ensuring their resumes stand out in competitive job markets.
